I capture pockets of joy.

The moments when your family forgets the camera is there.

Hi, I’m Tori. Photographer, mum of three, and completely at home in the beautiful chaos that is family life.

I take the photos so you don’t have to. Because let’s be honest, you’re usually the one behind the camera, juggling everyone else’s needs and trying to actually be in the moment at the same time.

I'm not here to make your family look like anyone else's. I'm here to photograph you as you are, with the people you love most.

Three things you might not know about me...

I never say no to a strong flat white — extra hot, always.

Once upon a time I was a professional dancer. I’ve still got the jazz hands to prove it!

I love an op-shop rummage. I'll walk in for a “quick look” and leave with a baby knit, a vase, two pairs of kid's shoes and a board game.

Two women enjoying the ocean, one smiling in a green swimsuit holding hands with another in a pink bikini.

How I ended up with a camera in my hand

Before photography, I spent years dancing professionally. Being creative has always been part of me.

But this, documenting real families, real connection, real life as it actually is, this is what fills my cup.

There’s nothing like giving a mum a photo where she actually sees herself in the frame. Not behind it. Not posed. Just in the moment, with her favourite people.

That’s why I do this.

Woman and child playing in ocean waves, child floating on inflatable ring while smiling woman holds them close.

Melbourne newborn and family photographer.

Another happy Mum...

"It felt like we had an old friend just dropping by, rather than a photoshoot!"

Karly

There's no better time than right now.
